This is the complete Clipper belt tightener assembly as you see in the picture.
It does not come with mounting hardware. It includes cast iron pillow block, shaft, sway arm, pulley, and axle with hardware. It can be used for A size and B size belts. It can also be used on other machines for tightening belts.
